Thank you for shopping with Luxury-Brand. We value your trust and aim to provide premium quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacement

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective product

  • You received the wrong product / wrong model / wrong color

To be eligible, customers must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To validate claims, customers must provide:

  • A clear uncut unboxing video showing the parcel from all sides

  • Video must show the shipping label clearly

  • Video must show the issue (damage, defect, or incorrect item)

Without proper proof, we cannot approve returns or refunds.


2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or dislike of product

  • Size or fit issues

  • Minor color variation due to lighting or screen display

  • Damage caused by mishandling after delivery

  • Improper or missing unboxing video


3. Exchange / Replacement Process

If approved after review:

  • We will arrange reverse pickup from your address

  • Once the product is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement within 3-7 working days


4. Refund Process

Refunds are issued only in cases where replacement is not available or cannot be fulfilled.

Refund method:

  • Refunds will be sent to the original payment source (Online payment only)

  • Refund processing time: 7-10 working days after product inspection

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, refunds are provided as:

  • Store Credit / Coupon Code equal to the paid amount (valid for future purchases)

  • No direct cash/bank refund for COD orders


5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase only, if they are not shipped

  • Once dispatched, no cancellation is allowed


6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping cost may be deducted in case of non-eligible return reasons


7. Important Notes

  • Luxury-Brand reserves the right to approve or reject return/refund requests

  • Misuse of return policy or fraudulent claims may lead to account restrictions
